EPSops Text Messages

EPSops is an event production portal operated by RAND Meridian, LLC. Conference organizers, production staff, presenters and volunteers who use EPSops can choose to receive text messages about the events they are working on.

What We Send

Only messages about events you are part of. For example:

• Reminders about your rehearsal time, session time and room
• Schedule or room changes for your session
• Notices that something you submitted (a session form, file or expense claim) was received, approved or needs a fix
• Urgent production updates from your event team during the event

We never send marketing or promotional messages, and we never sell or share your number.

How You Opt In

Texting is always your choice, and it is never required to use EPSops. When you enter your own mobile number on your private EPSops presenter form, you will see an unchecked box next to it. You only receive texts if you tick it:

This is how the box looks on a presenter's form (sample event):

After you opt in, we send one confirmation text: EPSops: You're signed up for event texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Event staff cannot opt you in on your behalf. Only you can tick the box for your own number.

How Often

Message frequency varies with your events, usually a few messages per event. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Stop or Get Help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. We will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed.
• Reply START to sign up again.
• Reply HELP for help, or email admin@epsops.com.
• You can also untick the box on your presenter form at any time.
