EPSops is an event production portal provided by RAND Meridian, LLC. By using EPSops you agree to these terms.

Using EPSops

• Staff accounts are by invitation only. Keep your password private and use only your own account.
• Presenter, expense and payment links are meant for the person they were sent to.
• Only enter information you have the right to share, and keep it accurate.
• Do not misuse EPSops, try to reach data you were not given access to, or upload harmful files.

Your Content

Files and details you submit stay yours (or your organization's). You give us permission to store and show them to the event team so the event can be produced.

Text Message Terms

Program: EPSops Event Texts. If you opt in, we send texts about events you are part of, such as rehearsal and session reminders, schedule changes and updates on things you submitted. No marketing messages.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to rejoin.
• Reply HELP for help, or email admin@epsops.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to texts is not a condition of using EPSops.

Availability and Liability

We work to keep EPSops available and accurate but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our control.
